Responsible Clients Arbitration Board:
For the pecuniary disputes arising because of the client-lawyer relation, the responsible Arbitration Board of the legal profession is in “Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin, www.sdr.org”.
Lawyer Andreas Junge and lawyer Dr. Maik Bunzel are in principle willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings at the Arbitration Board of legal profession.
Professional Liability insurance:
Under § 51 of the Federal Lawyers Act, lawyers are required to have a professional liability insurance with a minimum sum insured of 250,000 euros. For attorney Andreas Junge there is professional indemnity insurance in the aforementioned amount. For attorney Dr. Maik Bunzel there is professional indemnity insurance in the amount of 1,000,000 euros. These insurances have never been used.
Professional Regulations:
The Federal Lawyers’ Law (BRAO), the Professional Code of Lawyers (BORA), Regulations for Attorneys Specialized in Certain Areas of Law (FAO), Lawyers’ Compensation Law (RVG) and the Professional Code of Lawyers of the European Union (CCBE) are the relevant professional regulations.
